Can't see new Safe Senders added to list

I typed a domain into the Safe Sender section, clicked on Add. A message said it was added, but it does not show. I can only see some really old addresses I added ten years ago but none that I added in recent times. Did they actually get added? I am concerned because I am not getting emails that the company says it is sending for me to fill out on how they are doing. This problem (that their emails for performance evaluation don't come through) has existed more than a year. I tried adding them to my Safe Sender list some months ago but I couldn't see it on the list. I figured it must simply be invisible but it did not fix the problem with their email. So I tried again to add them to the Safe Sender list but it won't show on the list. Now I wonder: Is there another place I should be looking for it? Or is there something wrong with my email? Should I talk to Chat about this? I am using Bell's Webmail.

Thank you Patricia. I cleared browser cache and now it works. I can also see the domains I added yesterday. I am using desktop computer with keyboard and mouse, Google Chrome browser, Window 7 upgraded to Windows 10. I did not try another browser since it worked after clearing the browser cache. I was able to only add domains, and also add email. I guess clearing browser cache was the trick.

Hi there @Nammie. Welcome to the Bell Community.
Interesting! When adding a new email address/domain to Safe Senders it should show up right at the bottom of the list after you click Add.
Have you tried adding the full email address instead of just the domain?
What type of device/browser are you using, and are you able to test on a different device/browser?
If this persists we recommend clearing cookies and caches and then try again to see if that makes any difference.
Let the Community know how everything goes.
