Cannot find Bell Wi-Fi app in App Store

Hello there, 

I ordered one of the Wifi Pods to increase the range of my internet at home I ran into two different problems. The instructions tell me that I need to install the WifiApp to add the pods, however, whenever I look into the apple app  store, I cannot find the Bell Wifi App. I am able to download the MyBell app but any other bell app is not showing up. It is worth saying that when I created my apple account and everything I was living in Mexico, so I am not sure if apple prevents apps from showing for accounts from other countries? I thought I changed all the settings when I moved, but I am not sure. Because of this, I cannot install my Wifi pods because I cannot install the Wifi app, is there any other way to install the pods without installing the app? Also when Scanning the QR code for the app, the site just stays white.

Good Day.

You are absolutely correct. When you created your Apple account, you were living in Mexico.  Your region needs to be changed to Canada.

Please follow the Apple instructions I have provided below to make this change.

Once you have made this change, you will be able to download the Bell Wi-Fi app from the Canadian Apple apps web site.

Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support (CA)
