White lights on Home Hub 3000

I've found since yesterday, my internet seems to have shut off during the night. I tried connecting when using my laptop, but wasn't successful. I went to the HB3000, & rebooted. That resolved the issue. I do wonder though, about the lights on the HB3000 unit. I have 2 solid white lights. Is that ok??

Hi there @Goldengirl
Thank you for your post.
White lights on the HH3000 generally means there is no issue. If you are ever experiencing difficulties with your service you can touch your finger on the information button ( the symbol that is an "i") and it will tell you if there are any errors and provide an error code / message on the built in screen.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Community.

I can’t get all three lights to come on.
I have rebooted

Hi @John10

Welcome to the Bell Community 🙂

The Community needs more information so we can help.

Are you setting up your service/modem for the first time? Which lights are showing up on your Home Hub 3000?

Do you see an error message pop up when you touch the 'i' (information) button on the modem?

If you continue to have any trouble a great first steps is to run Virtual repairOpens in a new tab or window as it can help detect and fix issues with your internet service.

If one of the lights is red, press on the red light and take note of the error message that will be displayed.

The error message will tell you what the error is.
