When using the Bell wifi app, all devices that are accessing the network as a guest do not show up in the app.
Is there a way of seeing all guest devices in my network when using the Wifi app.

Welcome to the Bell Community @Bert
To view all of the devices connected to your Wi-Fi Network simply log in to your Bell Wi-Fi app, and touch the devices icon at the bottom of the home screen.
Although currently, devices on the Guest network cannot be viewed in the Bell Wi-Fi App. They can be viewed by accessing your modem interface (192.168.2.1).

Good day @JR20,
Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Bell Community 🙂
Check out the steps below on how to manage access to the Internet for a device connected to your Guest network
- 192.168.2.1
- Select My Devices.
- Select the guest device network icon (on the right).
*If Access Control is not already active you will be prompted to activate in order to proceed* - You can then choose to block access to the internet for that device, or set a schedule for certain times.

I have tried that but anyone logged in as a guest does not appear as a user on my network.
I am able to see all guests when I access my modem/router through the browser, however they do no appear when accessing through the wifi app as you are suggesting.

While using Bell wi-fi app, all devices connected to guest network do not show up in the app. Though I can see all those devices using web browser on laptop, but not on wifi app.

What i did is create a safari shortcut on my Iphone to 192.168.2.1 and its almost like an app.....I access that page anytime i need to change a setting or to see what devices are connected.
Personally, i am disappointed in the wifi app and the MANY limitations it has compared to the modem interface you get when you type in 192.168.2.1 in your browser.....seems like they are trying to promote the app more than the modem setting page but they are transferring the functionalities. I think its because its a 3rd part app (by Plume) and there might be compatibility issues with a lot of the features.

Then, HOW do you cut guests off the internet?
1-they dont show on the wifi app, they do on the web page,
2-but cutting devices off the internet is NOMORE available on the web page (192.168.2.1),
thanks

Hi Patricia, Curious regarding your response, i have a giga 4000 fiber modem. I was under the impression that Access Control is only available using the bell wifi app, i don't see anywhere in the web login that you can active access control. The issue i'm actually running into is that the wifi app doesn't show the list of devices which matches the browser app, i can't see the devices i would like to associate to a user so i can apply a schedule in the wifi app.

The Wi-Fi app was recently updated & changed. You can view all of your devices on your Bell Modem. You can also assign your devices an alias name. E.G. Bob's iPad, Georges Tablet, etc. These will show up in the Wi-Fi App
Within the modem, you can also set up Guest Wi-Fi. This does not control the device, only provides access to the Wi-Fi. You can not set up Access Control in the modem. It is only available in the Wi-Fi App.
Within the Wi-Fi App you should be able to view the device & name that you entered into the modem.
I have attached the updated Bell web link for the Wi-Fi App

Thanks for the quick response. I actually already updated to the most recent version. I have a good example of devices showing up in the browser client that can’t be found in the Wi-Fi app. Seems like a bug to me.

I think that it is a common issue. It is a bug in this app. Why don't you reply your answer here? I am also interested in it.

Why I cannot see my second Bell Fibe tv box that is connected via bell WiFi network so I can control the internet to that device but I can see the one I have connected via Ethernet?

I see the devices connected to my guest network, but I don't see where I can set up a schedule for the guest network. I would like to just have it turn on and off at certain times of the day.
