Sometimes mail clients (like Outlook) from a laptop are the best way to search, filter and delete or move large amounts of messages. Using IMAP is the best method since it allows you to sync all folders and messages with the server. Most mail clients will only need your Bell email address and password to set up using IMAP but if you need to manually enter the server settings, they can be found here:

I access sympatico email on my Windows based laptop and iPhone and iPad. Can I delete messages on 1 device (eg, laptop) and it will automatically delete/remove the messages from my iPhone and iPad? I’m trying to find a way to efficiently delete a lot of emails.

I have emails going back to 2016. I would like to delete up to 2021. How do I do that? I click on the box at top but it just selects the emails in that window which is only 14.

I can only select 7 emails using BellMail (webmail) at a time to delete them. I have 6,000 spam messages to delete because Bell's anti-spam is virtually non-existent. All the instructions for deleting mass emails in Outlook do not work with BellMail as it is set up differently with a severe lack of features. I want to just delete everything in my Inbox and am really upset this is not possible. I was told by a Bell agent they're still working on this issue but it's been years, it seems like, judging by the other complaints about this.

Instead of using the delete button, select all emails using the shift/select method and then use "move to" "deleted" folder. Once everything is moved to the deleted folder simply empty that folder.

Ditto here too.
I have identified a particular domain that has inundated my email with numerous spam messages every day, which I have flagged, but I still keep getting them..
Bell limits me to a selection of 13 at a time even when I search for ALL messages from that specific address and should be able to select and delete them ALL at once. I could spend weeks cleaning up this mess. Sadly, Bell doesn't seem to care -- This is a serious "mental health" issue for me.. Hey "Bell, Let's Talk"!!!!

Have you tried blocking the domain in Bell webmail Settings > Mail > Block senders > enter the domain or sender email address?
Select an email then using the shift / select method go to the last email and then select the trash can or use "move to" "deleted" folder. You can also use the ctl /select key to manually select individual Emails & then select trash can or move to deleted folder.Once everything is moved to the deleted folder simply empty that folder.

I have had Bell email for years and have Thousands of emails currently in my Inbox. I was looking for a way to move/delete or archive a large quantity at a time. Maybe a selected Date range (i.e. All Emails prior to Dec 31 2022).
I am doing this on a desktop so not sure if there is an Alt/Ctrl/Window key that can select to the "bottom" from a specific date.
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
Thanks

There is no specific Windows date key shortcut. You can easily do this by a number of different methods. Select the folder you wish to delete emails from & open it. You can sort by date. Using your left mouse button , select your sort.
You can select everything in the folder by checking the box below the open folder name. You can also use your left mouse button with Control + to select individual messages or Shift + to select & scroll down to last message you are viewing.
The following Microsoft support link will show you all of the shortcuts & their use.
