My e-mail keeps defaulting to "block all images". I can't get it to stay with "show all images".

I just got off the phone with the escalation team and they say that it should be fixed in the next update but they have no idea or timeline when the next update will be.  They are aware of the issue but no fix in the near future.

The problem with Bell's "updates" is that all kinds of good features disappear and new problems are introduced.  "New and improved" it is not!!

I agree 100%!

Is anyone still having problems.  I switched to the new Outlook and it is working fine.  I have been back to bell.net a couple of times and did not have the blocked images problem.  Is it fixed?

Yes, mine periodically changes to blocked images, even today!

I have not notice the issue for the last few days.  I have made no changes to my software.  Maybe fixed??😃

No, it is not completely fixed. The problem happens less frequently but it still shows up now and then.

I was in Bell.net today and mine was fine.  However I have switched to the new Outlook and have not had any problems for almost 2 weeks.  I had a nephew do it for me.  I still have my same e mail address and I am still using Bell internet.  Maybe a Bell tech can help you with the switch if you are not tech savvy like me and want to get rid of the blocked images problem

The Gremlin returns.  I went a week without a problem and now have had it occur several times a day for the past 3 days. Frustration is an understatement at this point.  I am really getting mad!

I tried bell e mail today, and guess what--blocked images!

I have been using the new Outlook since the beginning of April and I have had no problems at all

Is safe Outlook available in Win 10 ?

I got the dreaded blocked pics today twice when typing NEW emails. Rats!

I believe it is.  If you get Outlook and you do not like it, you will still have your bell.net e mail account and you can switch back to it, such as it is

Outlook is great but beware because Outlook and Bell Mail do not sync!

The problem with randomly changing image settings has been going on now for 4 months.  In this forum, Bell says that they are working on it but when I spoke to Bell Tech Support, they did not seem to know anything about it.  PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM OF CONSTANTLY CHANGING IMAGE SETTINGS!!!!!

It seems that every time there is an update to Bell Mail, i.e. a "new and improved version",  good features disappear and all sorts of new problems are introduced.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by do not sync, but I have not missed any e mails using the new Outlook.  If you think you are, you can still go back to bell.net emails
