Email defaulting to "block all images"

My e-mail keeps defaulting to "block all images". I can't get it to stay with "show all images".

This is still happening on images. 

Sometimes my other settings get dropped as well, like for signatures.

Now the text formatting in my messages have changed, format changed in the body of replies and when typing in new emails.

Not enough that I get the "wait" pop up window show up and it has saved, while I have lost what I continued typing further when it does display on the screen.

And now I have lost the ability to use the arrow keys to scroll up and down through a specific message!   Can anyone give me specific directions on how to switch to Outlook?

If you search "how to set up an Outlook e mail account", it will give you step by step instructions.  I was even able to keep my same e mail address

Having checked by e mails for 2 weeks, the problem appears to be fixed after experiencing it for over 6 months
