Email from Bell - unusual activity on my account. Is this spam email?

Relieved an email from "BELL" stating there is unusual activity on my account and that someone has logged in and changed some settings and made unauthorized transactions. Wondering if anyone else has gotten these. I got 2 in a row. There's a link near the bottom saying to "download anti virus software now" They seem a bit suspicious.

Thank you for the warning. Definitely a scam. Don't click on any link, just delete the e-mail.
