Free McAfee Subscription email pop-up window blank

Hi ... using older ACER laptop and the new free McAfee update version kept freezing my screens.  I call Bell Internet techs twice and they advised to uninstall McAfee and re-install/download.   Which I completed twice.  now I have 2 issues appearing ..1) WebAdvisor app is missing  2) the 'this device's current subscription' screen keeps telling me 'Not Registered'.  The top portion of the McAfee window stays greyed out.

The good news is the 'Antivirus' option still works and shows 'ON'.   

Do I still require to keep 'uninstalling' the app?

Hi BellNick and giving you an update.  My husband spoke to escalation & they checked our computer and all ok.  He explained for Bell customers, the newer version of McAfee that was downloaded we only need to ensure the 'Antivirus' portion is 'on' and the subscription screen portion is for customers not paying thru Bell.   I hope that made sense.  I wish to thank you very much for helping.

Are you able to share which browser you are using and is your browser up to date?
Are you able to share a some specs of your system hardware (operating system, system type, processor and RAM)?
Are you able to provide a screenshot of the error you are receiving?

When upload pictures make sure to hide any personal or sensitive information, such as IP address'.

Thank you for helping ... I am using Google & browser is up to day.   I am using ACER Aspire5 A515-51-50E0, Intel Core i5-8250U, 1.6GHz with Turbo Boost up to 3.4GHZ, RAM of 8GB DDR4 Memory, 1000 GB HDD.

We would recommend uninstalling the McAfee security one more time, reboot your computer and re-download and install McAfee. 
Looking forward to hearing back how that goes.

Hi ... sorry, same outcome ... this time I re-installed using Microsoft Edge instead of Google ... the 'subscription' still showing email as not registered.   The firewalls and scanning features are 'green and on'.   Many thanks
