I am recently moved my website to hostlegends. All other ISPs in Canada allow my to view the content of the website dagdapro.com except for Bell. Please advise how to fix this.

I'm a Bell customer, connected to Bell's gateway, and I can get to the site url and view the site's content.
Reverse Lookup resolves properly, but there may be a host issue. See this: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=dns%3adagdapro.com&run=toolpage
