  • Error 1101, 1102: You're currently not getting the best performance from your Internet service.

 

What to do: Check your modem connections by disconnecting and reconnecting the cables plugged in its back. Follow the steps for your modem:

If the problem persists, try our Virtual repair tool, which detects and fixes most issues.

Saw that this morning on my Home Hub 3000. I rebooted the modem over wifi, and everything came back online, without me needing to physically touch anything.

Error 1102-DSL 02

Hi..wifi is coming back but the red signal still appears and the download and upload speed only 22/3..pls help to fix it or I need to exchange the router??
