Last couple of days having problems connecting to bell email…..

Connection from iPad fine, …laptop using both chrome and Microsoft edge are sporadic…message is ..err connection reset….has been no problem until last couple days

Thanks for suggestion, It appears to be working again..at least has been ok last couple of days. I made some chgs to the AVG security

If both browsers are having the same problem there may be another issue, but I'd start problem-solving by clearing the browsers' cache.

Are you using a MacOS laptop?

On my MacBook Air I click "Chrome", then click  "Clear browsing data". Then choose "Browsing history and Cookies" and "Other site data". Click "clear data".

Then close Chrome and restart it.  Microsoft Edge (for MacOS) is the same process. If that doesn't correct the problem, then reboot the laptop and try to reconnect to Bell's email server.

Good catch on the AVG suite! It's been known to interfere with certain processes.
