I am assuming you are trying to uninstall McAfee products using MCPR.exe.
You should directly download it from this location: MCPR.exe
It also requires Administrator access to run the file. It works fine when downloaded from that link, I just tried it.

Yes, I am the administrator. When I click on MCPR.exe it says it's not secure. The link is looping around. I am going around in circles. I may have deleted original files from the downloads folder because it had MCPR.exe (1) MCPR.exe (2) , (3) ....it was blocked by the pop up blocker Avast . I had to uninstall a bunch of other ones .
The error message I am getting is MCPR.exe (1), (2), a(3). cannot be dowloaded securely. I remembered downloaded it but i don't remember which folder. so now I just deleted all the files. So frustrated.

This is the direct link to the file: MCPR.exe
Are you trying to uninstall MacAfee products? I would disable Avast, which is another anti virus scanner before downloading this file. You don't want multiple anti virus programs installed because they will end up interfering with each other.
It really has nothing to do with Bell, it's more a software issue you are experiencing.

Yes I am uninstalling McAfee , Avast, and eliminating all the unecessary pop ups. So it will not interfere. The MCPR.exe link you sent me. works. thank you for helping me downloading it. 🙂

What is it saying as the reason for not allowing you to install it?
