I have tried rebooting several times but it keeps telling me there is no Internet connection or no WAN

Have you checked for any service outages in your area? Check for service outages in your area
Which modem do you have? You mentioned that you rebooted the modem? Did you unplug the modem power cord, wait 20-30 seconds & then plug it back in? Are there any error message listed?
Please verify that all of the cables and cords are seated properly into the back of the modem & that there is a power light indicator showing that it is on.
If you are still having trouble, we recommend using the Virtual repair tool to help detect and fix issues with your Internet. Go to Virtual repair

my router keeps making a clicking noise. My modem is also flashing red for the WAN. My Internet was working fine earlier in the day and this started overnight. What can be the issue?

Good Day.
The flashing red for the WAN indicates a problem with your internet connection. It means your modem is having trouble connecting to the internet.
Please verify there are no loose connections. Restart your modem by unplugging it from the power source. Wait 20 seconds, then plug it back in.
If the problem persists, please call Bell Internet Tech. support at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355)
