I have an ASUS router connected behind the Bell 3000 with a subnet 192.168.50./24. Bell router has the default private addressing 192.168.2.0/24. I understand that these two networks do not overlap, but why from my host on 192.168.**.*/** network I can reach the Bell 3000 private address, which is 192.168.2.1?

Because you are using 2 routers. Your Asus router is routing your request to it's WAN port, which is connected to the LAN port of the HH 3000 and has an address in the range of 192.168.2.0/24.
