Questions about GigaHub modem: get version, retrieve password, won't initialize

Three questions:

- how do I find out which GigaHub version I have?

- how do I get the admin password sent to my email (e.g. like here, but this is different GigaHub version and doesn't have the same UI 

- how do I fix the problem below?

GigaHub Version

After you have logged in your modem, Select > Advanced Tools &settings > Select > Modem - About

You will see a listing:  Firmware version: 1.16.5

This is the most recent firmware version for the GigaHub 4000

Thank you. As for the other questions:

- how do I get the admin password sent to my email? Since I wasn't able to login, I called tech support and he was able to reset my password to the default remotely.

- how do I fix the problem below? (i.e. Initialization failed) It seemed to have resolved itself after a while.
