Recently I had issues with my Bell Gigahub. I logged into the connection HUB and did not recognize some devices. I disconnected them now I realize which device they are ( I should rename them better SMDH) I want to reconnect them. However the Connection Hub won't allow me to. Is there a way I can do this without resetting the HUB??

Good Day none of these address my issue

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

I would like to offer up my assistance, but I am somewhat limited with the lack of information you have provided.

I can only surmise that you are trying to remove, rename & forget devices listed in My devices on your modem. To remove a previously selected device, you will need to Select >   Hidden devices. Select > Show. Select each disconnected device you wish to Forget. Reboot your modem, a full power off & on., waiting 30 seconds before plugging your modem back.in. Reconnect & rename each device one by one.

Note: In order to forget a device, it must be disconnected from your modem.

Hi there @inhouseactor

Welcome to the Bell Community 🙂

Just checking in to see if you were able to get your devices connected.

If you are still having trouble, please share what type of device you are trying to connect and exactly what happens (e.g. error message).

We hope to hear from you,

@BellPatricia

Good Day

I mistakenly removed two devices in the Connection Hub Application 1 tV and 1 PC I used the FORGET feature. after replacing the hub these two devices will not reconnect as they are labelled FORGET how can I change their status to COnnected

Hey @inhouseactor

Thank you for your reply.

Do you get an error message when you try to connect your TV and PC to the internet?

Take a look at these support article for steps on connecting devices to your Wi-Fi Network:

Let the Community know if you have any more questions.

Thank you for following up. I solved the issue myself.. When you mark FORGET a Device on the UI of the GIGAHUB device there is no process to restore the device. Thus I had to active the GUEST Wifi and apply a unique name to the WIFI and this allowed connection. updating the UI on the GIGAGUB device would address this situation for future reference
