Hi I just got the student package for 50mbs fibre internet and was wondering how would I go about proving my student status so I won't loose the package?

I followed up last evening and once again this morning, the weblink is working. Try rebooting your computer or device, clear your cache, cookies and history. If you still cannot upload your documents, try using a different browser.
Please try to submit your student identification once again. Here is the web link that you would use to upload this information: Student ID (bell.ca) (Please reference the Additional details section.)

I also had this problem and have been trying to upload my student ID for over a week, I've tried on different devices and I have tried at different times of the day every single day, and once I press submit, the screen just loads, for hours. I'm going to lose my package by Friday because the web page will not work. This needs to be sorted out.

@charbloxham I tested & reconfirmed twice in the last 2 hours that there are no issues with the submittal weblink.
The Student ID (bell.ca) is working.
Please try rebooting your computer or device, clear your cache, cookies and history. If you still cannot upload your documents, try using a different computer, device, browser, etc. E.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.
Please submit your student identification once again. Here is the weblink that you would use to upload this information: Student ID (bell.ca) (Please reference the Additional details section.)

As I already said in my reply, I tried the web page on different devices and browsers. It doesn't load. This needs to be fixed, especially since several other people have experienced this issue.

In order to assist you further we need for you to help us help you by providing us with some details.
The make and model of the device & operating system of the computer or device that you using to submit your Student ID authentication.
Can you share with us which browser you are using? Are using a VPN? If so, turn your VPN off.
Is your software and apps up to date on whichever device you are using? Have you rebooted your devices, cleared your cache, history, etc. as earlier suggested.

I am having the same issue as charbloxham. I have tried multiple devices, clearing my cache, cookies, and history, using different browsers, and I am not using a VPN. I've tried using the link you provided, looking up the page, and using the email link. My page just stays stuck on the loading screen forever after I upload the student ID photo. Seems like this issue is persistent among many users, and we will likely lose our student deals if we don't submit by a certain date.

I can only speculate that the issue you are experiencing is related to the traffic volume and the time of day with the back-to-school submittal volume.
How are you submitting your Student ID? Can you try it again at a different time?
