Sympatico mail messages - copying/pasting from MS Word

Hello Bell Mail users. When I'm composing an email in Sympatico, and copy/paste some text from a Word document, it pastes it as an image. This doesn't happen with text from any other source e.g. a web document. Any idea how I can fix this? Thank you!

Hi @LindaH 

Your system probably had a way to paste as plain text. That way you will probably see what's funny about the copied text.
