Unable to access Bell webmail

I have been unable to access my Bell webmail since early on August 1, 2023.  I am told by technical support that it's a Bell server problem and it will take up to 7 more days to resolve.  Is anyone else having this problem?

A starting point would be to ensure you meet the minimum requirements for Bell E-mail They have recently changed.

Did the technician open a ticket on this for you?

Yes as of Aug 1st 2023 I no longer can get emails on my smartphone.??

Yes, the technician opened a ticket for me.  I was told that there is a Bell server problem and this could take a week to resolve.  The problem is ongoing.  I cannot access my webmail on my desktop computer, my laptop, or cell phone or any other device.  I've been a loyal Bell customer for many, many years but I am beyond frustrated with this situation.

Because I had not received an update from Bell tech support, I called this morning after 5 full days without being able to open my Bell webmail.  I was told that the problem had already been fixed.  On an earlier call with Bell support, I was told I would be notified when the problem was resolved and that I should then log in with my original password.  Not only was I not notified of the fix, but the Bell tech also had to set up a temporary password for me, which took me into my webmail at long last.  I am very disappointed with this poor customer service.

Yes, I have this problem on and off randomly and have had for years. Eventually it just comes back. I know this doesn't help but there is little hope to be had with the Microsoft Exchange Servers they are using.

What irritated me most about the situation was that the issue had been resolved without my being notified, as I was told I would be.  Since I was also asked to use my original password when trying to log in, I kept getting the "wrong credentials" note.  If it were up to the Bell tech team, I would still be waiting.  Not impressed.

I am unable to access my Bell webmail too. 😞 My regular MacMail started acting all wonky late last week and I can't search through my emails to verify details of an order. I thought I'd check webmail - but can't login there either. Customer service historically - over the past 29 YEARS takes FOREVER, then runs me around Robin's Hood barn without fixing the problem. Frustrated doesn't even begin to cover it.

Can you share exactly what is happening when you try to access Bell Webmail, is there a specific error message?

What type of browser are you using, and can you please check using a different browser to see if the same thing happens?

We also recommend that you clear cookies and caches, as well as reboot your equipment before testing again.

Can’t get access to my sympatico email. Internet is working. My husband can access his Hotmail account. On all my Apple devices  my email is not available. Suggestions.

  • What happens when you try to access your Bell Email account? 
  • How are you accessing your email account; E.g. are you using a third party email client, or do you log in to Bell Email in a web browser? 
  • Can you specify which  mobile operating system you are using?
  • Are you able to access your email account on any device other than your Apple devices?

I can’t open my sympatico.ca  bell mail at all. I can’t count how many times Bell has been here!

I can’t even open webmail Bell to authenticate stupid code. Opens then closes in a millisecond
