Unable to send an email with a link

Hello

I cannot send a sympatico email with a link. I tried without a link and all is ok

This  happened recently,

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

If you are wishing to include a Link URL in a message with Bell Webmail, please verify that your browser and operating system are current and up to date.

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Login to your Bell email account with any web browser. https://webmail.bell.net/
  2. Select the message / task that you wish to perform. E.g. Compose, Reply, Reply all, or Forward.
  3. Filli in the appropriate message fields, E.g.  To, Subject, Body text, etc.
  4. Place your cursor in the message body location that you wish to have the Link URL added.
  5. To add a Link URL to the body of your message, Select > the Add or remove link button located on the Toolbar. (You can also choose to use Ctrl + K) This will open a link URL box at your cursor location.
  6. Copy & Paste the Link URL that you wish to insert into your message into this box.
  7. To save this web link to your message, select the green check mark.
