WHY IS IP ADDRESS PROVIDED FOR OUR BELL FIBE INTERNET NOT SECURED AND ALL GOOGLE,EDGE ADVISE NOT TO USE? 192.168.2.1

That IP address is not public and is not seen by the "internet".  It's the default LAN-side address of your Bell modem.

Because 192.168.2.1 does not have a security certificate. Perfectly normal and in reality has nothing to do with security.
