Every morning when I access my E-mail it fails. the message I get is:
Hmm can't reach this page
Connection was reset.
I discovered that this occurs shortly after I received and installed a Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5015807)
If I delete this update and restart my computer I can access my Email, but the next day when I log on again to my Email I get the same message. I can't keep deleting the Update every day.
Today I put a delay on all updates for 7 days which seems to work temporarily. I need a permanent solution
to this. Can you help?

Hi @quote_me2
Security/anti-virus software is one of multiple reasons this problem happens, and you specifically noted that deleting the Windows Security update was the solution. If there are no net benefits for having this latest iteration running, you should leave it off.
Have you looked to see if others are having the same problem? If there are enough people reporting similar issues with this update, Microsoft might take an interest. Also, there may be some 3rd party software options worth looking into.

Hey there @quote_me2,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
Can you clear your cookies and cache and attempt to login again.
If the error continues, can you try another browser.
Give that a shot and let us know how it goes.

Hi BellAntgio
Thank you for the reply. I had my computer clear all cookies and cache as well as temp files and other things that slowed my computer. I put a temporary delay on all updates until next Monday and I will get back to you, meanwhile my e-mail is working.
Again thanks for the help.

Hi ZaneP
Every time there is a Microsoft Windows Security Update I cannot access the Webmail when I turn on my computer in the morning. Funny thing though I restarted my computer again (sometimes once often twice) my webmail connected. It's a little annoying, but it works.
