I recently added my Sympatico email account to my new Android Pixel 7 phone. All my mail functions seem fine, but I cannot search and filter my emails. I previously used an iPhone and my Sympatico email account was fully searchable.
What can I do?

Hey @DeanZ,
Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.
Are you accessing Bell email through a Web Browser, or third party email client?
If you are using a Web Browser you can easily search for an email using the Search bar on the top left. Or, you can filter your emails using the different filter icons on the right, such as by Date, flagged, attachment, importance etc. (as pictured below).

If using a third party email client we recommend checking out their support page for information on how to use the search/filter function.
Let the Community know if you have any other questions.
