What is the function of email forwarding? I am supposed to select up to 10 email addresses, and select whether to forward of not, but what does it actually do? I want to forward everything that comes in to another account, but when I enter the email address for that account, and enable forwarding, nothing happens. What am I missing?

Hi Patricia
After a lot of testing with alternate destinations for the mail forwarding, it appears it is not a Bell issue. I was forwarding to an iCloud.com mail account which is where the problem was happening, and after forwarding to the previously mentioned unused Bell address and an outlook.com address as well, it seems the icloud account is the only one with an issue. The other two accounts work fine. The emails occasionally end up in strange places at the destination, like junk or trash, but that’s a receiving issue, not a Bell problem.
So thank you for all your help. The problem is resolved at your end and I will take it up with Apple.
