Can you please provide some further information in terms of the Internet package that your are subscribed to? The device that you are using? Are you viewing your data usage with the MyBell App or logging into MyBell with a web browser? Are you on a Fibe Internet package that has Limited data or Unlimited data?
For details on your usage allowance and per GB overage charges, visit the Internet usage tracker in MyBell.
When you view your usage with a web browser, you will be able to see your Internet data usage in further detail. You can view a daily bar summary, detailed usage & a 6-month trend of your data. By default, your current billing period is selected initially. You can change this to any of the previous 6 billing periods.
If you are on a limited plan or even an unlimited plan you will also see where you are in terms of your data usage for the current billing period & the monthly data included in your plan.
Every plan currently offered by Bell Internet includes a monthly usage allowance. If you exceed your monthly usage allowance, you will be billed a per GB overage charge based on the rate specified in your plan, up to a maximum charge of $100 per month. This is subject to change at Bell's discretion at any time.
