15 dollar plan---incoming call airtime

just realized that the incoming calls consume the 100 minutes airtimes on my $15 prepaid account. Is this normal? Is it even allowed? I thought incoming calls should be unlimited on such plan.

Your airtime minutes (call time) includes all incoming & outgoing calls. This also includes timed consumed during the retrieval of your voicemails.

If you go over the usage included in your rate plan, add-on or data feature, you’ll be charged pay-per use rates.

Unless otherwise stated in your rate plan or add-on, airtime is rounded up to the nearest minute.

Incoming & outgoing call airtime minutes are included in an unlimited plan.

Hopefully this has answered you question.
