I seem to have accumulated a lot of data usage since turning off Wifi in my apartment on my cell. If I listen to Audible on WiFi in my apartment on my cell, will that add data to my usage?

Yes! If what you are using in your apartment is linked to your mobile device & its source is cellular data & not internet "Wi-Fi" you will definitely use a lot more data whether it be music or video. whatever you listen to on your cellular when Wi-Fi is off mobile data!

Hi there, @gabby1947. Welcome to the Bell Community.
If your phone is connected to your home internet via wi-fi, it is always going to prioritize usage via wi-fi as opposed to your mobile data. This includes apps such as Audible.
If you would like to confirm which apps specifically are using data, you can review your usage in your phone's settings.
- For iOS, you'll need to go to your Settings > Cellular or Settings > Mobile Data.
- For Android, you'll need to go to your Settings > Connections > Data Usage > Mobile Data Usage.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

Rule of Thumb: To use Wi-Fi data instead of Cellular Data, You must be connected to a Wi-Fi Network! If you are not connected to a Wi-Fi Network for whatever reason you will be using your mobile data.
Wi-Fi Login
1. Go to Settings > 2. Select Wi-Fi > 3. Select Wi-Fi & turn this on > 4. Select your Network if not already shown. If your Wi-Fi Network does not connect automatically, then you will need to enter your Wi-Fi password.
If you are connected to Wi-Fi, you should see the Wi-Fi symbol, represented also as a stair-step icon on the top of your screen.

Sorry, I don't understand. I've turned on my cell's connection to my apartment WiFi. So if I use the Audible app on my cell does that go on to Bell Mobility or internet?
