Bell connected car app no longer available in Google Playstore

I've been using Bell connected car app on my Samsung phone since 2018/2019 as i remember. I have isues before tracking my car on this app but it can be resolved by unplugging the device or uninstalling and installing the connected car app . By month of June , i track my my car and nothing is showing on my app so i called customer service 3 times but i talked to customer sevice 2x only and avice me again to unplug or update the app. I did uninstall connected car app and reinstall it but NOW there's no more Bell Connected Car App on "PLAYSTORE"..., Im using Samsung phone since and i dont want iphone. Why the Connected Car App On Playstore cannot be found now? , Why Im never inform about this ?.., im paying for this connected car device and there's no information sent to me or to every customer?... I cant even search any NEWS about this app from BELL in the internet . I even went to a Bell strore..., too much stress.., i dont even knoe how to reach anyone from Bell who can give me answers. What happen?????

The Bell Connected Car App has been discontinued & is no longer carried & available on Google Play Store. It was powered by Mojio. Bell Connected Car 2.16.0.39 was the last update on Oct. 18, 2018. It is no longer compatible.

As you mentioned, it is still available on Apple for a limited number of Wi-Fi ready compatible vehicles. You can try reaching out to Google Play store or to the developer. It was removed from the site approximately 4-5 yrs. ago.

I just lost my tracking last month June 2024, i am using this connected car app since 2018/2019.., I even upgraded my data 2 years ago including this connected car data.. 

No update from Bell online.., customer service , bell stire , online complain email ..

????????... 

Anyone can give me info or experiencing similar issue?..
