Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum..

Did you purchase your new iPhone from Bell or from another supplier such as Apple?

If your new iPhone 17 won't charge, first check the charging cable, power adapter, and wall outlet for damage or a loose connection. Are you charging the new iPhone with the USB-C cord that was provided? Have you tried a different power adapter?

Apple does not supply a power adapter with the new iPhone 17. Please verify that the adapter you are using is at a minimum 20W USB-C Fast Charger.

If your iPhone has a frozen screen, doesn't respond when you touch it, becomes stuck when you turn it on, please try to force restart the iPhone and ensure it has the latest iOS update.

Restart an unresponsive iPhone - Apple Support (CA)

If it still won't charge, there may be a hardware issue that requires professional help. If you purchased your new iPhone from Bell, you will need to contact Bell Mobility or visit a nearby Bell store location for further assistance.

Please call: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.

Take care
