Good Day.
Thank you for posting your question. As you know, this is a peer-to-peer website. We do not have access to your account and billing records.
If you are porting a wireless number to Bell and it is a somewhat straightforward number transfer, this can be completed within two hours of receiving your SIM and/or device.
I have questions about phone number portability and transferring my number to Bell
If you are transferring your number from Bell to another carrier, this question is best answered by the carrier you are transferring your number to. You will need to contact this supplier to arrange for this wireless transfer.
Should you have any further questions, you will need to contact Bell mobility at: 1 800 667-0123 or *611 from any Bell mobile device.
Take care.

Good Day @Davidbukay
Thank you for contacting the Bell Community Forum.
We wanted to check in this morning to see if you are still having difficulties with porting your number to Bell. At times, a port may require manual handling from an agent and thus would be completed during business hours.
When you signed up with Bell Mobility & arranged to "Port" your number, were you given a temporary number?
Wireless number transfers can generally be completed within two hours of receiving your SIM and/or device.
While your number is being transferred, your previous service will continue to work, although there may be a short period of downtime while the actual transfer is taking place. If there are any issues or problems this morning with your number transfer this morning, you will need to contact Bell mobility at: 1 800 667-0123 or *611 from any Bell mobile device.
I have included the following web links that explains everything.

Let us know if you are still in need of assistance.
Take care.

Hi, 4 hours ago I was told to wait 1 hour for my number to port back to my Bell Mobility account reactivation of my contract. I was told after 1 hour I would get public mobile service disconnected and that my Bell mobility would be reactivated and to do the steps at bell.ca/esim to activate my eSIM on my iPhone. I waited 1 hour. Then still have service at public mobile and the phone call ended at 9:15pm and it is currently 1:19am

I subscribed to Bell on Black Friday on November 2025. I took six lines. I was able to transfer 5 out of the six phone lines to bail. Currently I have one bell temporary number that is useless. I called Bell multiple times and the technicians in total tried six times already over the phone and one time at the store every single time telling me that the transfer will be done in 2 days at 9:30 in 48 hours and that they will call me to make sure it happened. Every single time no one called me and nothing happened. It's been 6 weeks that I don't have my main phone number on my phone and I am losing client because this is my main. I called the Bell customer service and they told me I have to pay $6,400 to cut my contract. I don't understand why do I have to pay this when my main? Telling me anything my phone number has not been transferred yet. Everyone is lying to me telling me it's going to be done and that there is no error on the system and sometimes they say there is an error on the system but when I call again they say there was no error in the system.

I did every step you mentioned 6 times already in the last 3 weeks. Yes landline to mobile takes 2 days and it gets done at 09:30am. They told me that 6 times.
No one is calling me back.
Wverytime I call now they juste keep transferring me to another department where I have to reexplain every single time they transfer.
I really have no other choice than to go to the BBB.
Everyone told me Bell will be a nightmare. I didn't think it will be this bad in the first 3 weeks of my contract.
