My Iphone 7 Plus on a prepaid plan only shows "Unknown Number" for all incoming calls. My prepaid plan includes the "Call display and Message Centre Express" feature.
Is there a setting that needs to be made to my account to turn on call display?

Good Day.
Your Caller Line Identification may need to be activated.
Try rebooting your device by turning your phone completely off. Remove & reinstall your SIM. Power your device back on & place a call to your phone from another line.
The information about the number that is calling you is sent to your phone/tablet by Bell. (Bell Mobility). If the carrier (Bell) does not send this information, the incoming call will be displayed as being from a private number. This could mean that your caller ID display service is not enabled on the SIM card.
You also mentioned that you purchased a new phone. You did not provide any details in terms of how you transferred the service to the new device.
Here are a few ideas that may help you out:
- Did you purchase this device from Bell? Are reusing your existing SIM?
- Did you purchase a new SIM from Bell?
- Have you verified within MyBell to see if the device information has been updated & the features are present?
- Did you update your device settings on MyBell > Mobility > Device details > Manage My SIM & device.
- Did you back up your device prior to SIM change?
- Did you restore your device after SIM change?
- Have you done a hard boot of your device?
If you are still experiencing this problem after reviewing the above, please contact Bell Mobility Tech Support.
Call: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.
Let us know if we can provide you with any further assistance.
Take care.

I changed my plan in February, the new plan says that it includes Call Display & Message Centre. Neither of these are working. Calls come in as "No Caller ID". I can reset the password on my voicemail from the website or the Bell app, but when I call voicemail, it says user is not subscribed. Do these need to be "reactivated" on my account? I had both under my old plan but they were add-ons.

It sounds like the features may be missing from your rate plan. We will be happy to have a look into it for you and have sent you a private message.

Do you have Call Display as part of you mobility plan? If not, then you need to add this feature. Is your device compatible?
What is Caller Name Display?
Caller Name Display is a feature included with standard Call Display and is available to Bell Mobility customers. It will automatically display the name and number of an incoming caller when the information is available.
What is required for this feature?
You must have standard Call Display on your Bell Mobility phone line (included in the rate plan or as an add-on), as well as a mobile device compatible with Call Display and Voice over LTE (VoLTE). Caller Name Display is available in areas where VoLTE coverage is available.
Note: the caller’s name will only be displayed if the feature is also provided by the caller’s network, and if the incoming call is not identified as private, unknown or anonymous.
You do not need to sign up. Caller Name Display is automatically added to your Bell Mobility phone line if you have Call Display.
If you do not have Call Display and would like to add it, you can do so by logging in to MyBell or by contacting us.
Will the numbers be stored in my phone?
Whether you answer the call or not, the name and number of past callers will be logged on your mobile device (if your device offers this functionality, if Caller Name Display is also provided by the caller’s network, and if the incoming call is not identified as private, unknown or anonymous).

My cell phone package includes call display but all incoming calls have been coming up as “unknown caller” or “no caller id.” I’ve had this issue for a while. How can it be fixed?
