Good Day.

You can enroll in Smart/Phone Care in store, either when you activate your device or within 30 days of your activation date. If you purchased your new device online within the last 30 days and wish to enroll in the program, please visit your nearest Bell store for a visual inspection of your device. Previously damaged or defective units are not eligible for the program.

Take care.

Good Day.

You are absolutely correct.

The Google Pixel 9 & Google Pixel 9 Pro XL are listed for eligibility to enroll in Bell Smart/Phone care. The Google Pixel 9 Flip is not eligible for coverag

Thanks 🙏🏼

Thanks. Online it shows Bell Smart Care plan is not available for pixel 9 pro fold. I guess it is because it is foldable phone.

Hello. I have a contract phone and I still have a few months left on my lease, but the phone’s performance has become very poor. It is not charging properly, the battery drains extremely fast, and overall it no longer functions normally. I would like to return this phone, and I do not want to continue paying for a device that is clearly defective. Please help me with the return or replacement options.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Thank you for posting your question. It is somewhat difficult to answer your question with the limited information provided. Keep in mind this is a peer-to-peer website. As such, we do not have access to your account and billing records.

To cancel a Bell SmartPay agreement, you must first understand that ending it early will result in the remaining device payments becoming due immediately.

You can choose to pay off your device off in full with a one-time payment on your next invoice. This will end your device financing arrangement.

If you end your Bell SmartPay Agreement early, then your remaining device payments will become due immediately. If you are ending your Service Agreement at the same time, the remaining balance on your Agreement Credit (plus applicable taxes) will also become due immediately. The Device Return Option Deferred Amount (if applicable) will also come due.

To officially end the SmartPay agreement and your service, you must contact Bell Customer Service accounts & billing.

It may be more advantageous for you to change your plan at any time to one of Bell's available Bring Your Own device plans when you have sufficient funds to do so.

Should you require further clarification & specific details to confirm your outstanding balance, you can call Bell Mobility Customer Service billing & orders at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.
