After visiting the United States and using an eSIM while there, I have returned to Canada and I cannot reconnect to my original physical SIM card. It says that it is no longer active and can be removed from the tray. I only have SOS service now. I have tried restarting my phone, turning airplane on and off for 15 seconds, and taking the SIM card out and then put it back in. None of that has worked. How do I fix this?

Welcome to the Bell Community Forum
This can be a result of a few different things, however the majority of the time it's simply due to your phone randomly disconnecting from the network. A quick fix is to fully power off your phone and wait a few minutes and power it back on again. If it doesn't resolve the issue, check your MyBell profile to review your mobility details & status. After completing this, you may need to contact Bell Customer Service Mobility tech support to assess the cause.
