How do I set up a conference call?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

Are you referring to three-way calling? If so you can follow the steps below:

To make a three-way call from your Android smartphone:

1. Dial the first call, and wait for the recipient to pick up.
2. Tap the Add Call button.
3. Dial the second number.
4. Touch the Merge or Merge Call button.
5. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add more callers to the conference.

To make a three-way call from your iPhone:

1. Dial the first person and wait for the call to connect.
2. Tap add call .
3. Dial the second person and wait for the call to connect.
4. Tap merge calls .
5. The two calls merge into a conference call. To add additional people, repeat steps 2-4.

Thanks. How do I start? I never see the prompt to “add call” when I am just phoning one person. Do I need to be in a conference call mode?.

On most devices you will see on the device screen two green phone icons overlapping each other once you have initiated the first call to open a second line.

How can I transfer a call to a 3rd number and then hang up so the 1st & 3rd caller stay connected? I am using android phone
