Is there currently any issues with data services in the Cowichan Valley area on Vancouver island. My phone has service saying 5g with 2 bars and am not able to use anything that has data component to it. Apple news isn't even updating. I have restarted my phone multiple times.

Have you tried the Virtual Repair Tool or the Outage check tool on the MyBell web page?

We wanted to check in and see if you were still experiencing data issues or if things are back to normal?
I've gone ahead and ran a random Cowichan Valley area address in the outage checker and it came back with no outages detected in the area.

I couldn’t find any virtual repair tool for my phone and I keep getting runtime errors when I try to look at the outage map
