The Bell Global 365-day Travel Pass can only be used in all countries that have access to Bell's Roam Better. It does not include free calling from Canada to other countries.

You can use your Bell device in over 230 destinations worldwide with the Bell Global 365-day Travel Pass. To view the available countries, make a selection below to see travel add-ons and rates for your destination, as well as network and coverage information.

Simply open the weblink that I have included. View the coverage map and enter the locations in the Caribbean that you are interested in travelling to with the Bell Global 365-day Travel Pass.

The only restriction or rule so to speak would be for countries that roaming is not supported, or while on a flight or a cruise ship.  In these cases, either a Global 365 or a Roam Better user would both be subject to pay-per-use rates.

Take care.

In September I subscribed to the Global 365 plan in anticipation of a trip to Thailand. While there I made 3-4 brief calls to my bank. On my return I was informed I had exceeded the Voice allowance under my plan. When I called Bell for clarification the agent said I was the victim of a 'glitch'. She was vague about whether she could reverse any upcoming charges but said she was unsure if travel to Thailand was covered under the plan. (It is.) Had i known activity under the Global plan was so subject to 'glitches' I doubt I'd have subscribed.

Thank you for posting your problem. The Bell Global 365-day Travel Pass can be used in Thailand. It is on the list of countries that have access to Bell's Roam Better.

Billing issues such as this cannot be handled on this website. This being a peer-to-peer site, we do not have access to your account & billing records. I wish there was something more I could do for you, but there is nothing else I can do.

I would suggest that you contact Bell Customer Service Accounts & billing by calling: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device. They are in a better position to answer your question & resolve your billing issue.

Take care.
