Dropped Calls in GrandLake and Wellington, NS

Many customers have complained about the service in these communities. We all are experiencing dropped calls, can’t be heard or one way conversations. The signal strength is very low. The Map says we are in a 5g area.  Many have complained about the service but nothing is changed. The competition is no better. Whoever fixes this will be getting a lot of customers.

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Have you spoken to Tech Support in regards to the weak signal? If so, did you open a ticket? Otherwise, could you share any details you were provided with in regards to the nature of the issue?
