Hello how do I get a proof of purchase or reciept to give to Samsung in order to qualify for the fold 4 starter pack and buds?

Your original service agreement with Bell when you upgraded your phone would be suitable for proof of purchase.

You can find your service agreement in MyBell by going to My Agreement, at which point you'll be able to print or download a PDF copy of the original agreement.
