I am currently enrolled in Roam Better, on my upcoming trip next month, i am also keen on buying this Global 365 Pass. My question is which one will take precedence if they are both functional on my Int’t destination? Will i still get charged $16 daily even if i had the Global 365 pass?

We have purchased 365 Travel Passes - do I just need to turn off airplane mode once landed to start using the service?

Good Day & Welcome.
There is no need for you to use airplane mode when travelling to anyone of the 230 destinations worldwide that the Bell Global 365-day Travel Pass can be used in. It can be used in all countries that have access to Bell's Roam Better.
The only restriction or rule so to speak would be for countries that roaming is not supported, or while on a flight or a cruise ship. In these cases, either a Global 365 or a Roam Better user would both be subject to pay-per-use rates.
Take care.

Hi, if I start travel in one of the listed international countries, can I make free calls and texts to the other listed countries that are not Canada? And, does the service automatically pick up the right carrier in each country if I travel from one to another? Say Indonesia for 2 weeks, France for 3 days? I don't need to add a different #travel Pass, right

Good Day & Welcome.
The Bell Global 365-day Travel Pass can be used in all countries that have access to Bell's Roam Better. You cannot make free calls or texts to those countries. You can make free calls and text from within those countries.
The only restriction or rule so to speak would be for countries that roaming is not supported, or while on a flight or a cruise ship. In these cases, either a Global 365 or a Roam Better user would both be subject to pay-per-use rates.
You do not need another Travel Pass while travelling in countries that the Bell Global 365-day Travel Pass can be used in.
Enjoy your trip.
Take care.

I am interested in the Global 365. I have contacted Bell and talked to an agent who says we (two cell phones on our account) that we do not qualify. But she could not tell me why we don't qualify only that we don't. Any ideas?

Good Day @Kbar & Welcome.
The Bell Global 365-day Travel Pass can be used in all countries that have access to Bell's Roam Better.
You can make free calls and text from within those countries, i.e. France, without incurring L.D. charges.
The only restriction or rule so to speak would be for countries that roaming is not supported, or while on a flight or a cruise ship. In these cases, either a Global 365 or a Roam Better user would both be subject to pay-per-use rates.
Take care.
