Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
There is no way to retrieve a MF2A verification from a broken mobile device. You can however login to your MyBell account using any web browser and change the mobile number or email address to which your verification code is sent.
As an alternative, you can also login to your Bell email account using Bell webmail. Open up any web browser using the following weblink: https://webmail.bell.net/.
If you experience issues logging in to webmail, you can reset your email password by selecting the appropriate link from “I forgot my email address or password.” Bell webmail MFA : Accessing settings
If you are unable to login to your MyBell account, please open any web browser & enter the appropriate information:
If you are still unable to access your account after reviewing the above suggestions, you will need to contact Bell Internet Tech Support at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355)
Take care.

I'm trying to log in to a Gmail account and the 2fa Is sent via sms to my phone number which I can't access right now because it is an e-sim. I don't have another phone that accepts e-sims and I don't have a bell sim card with me.
