Good Day.

If you upgraded and kept the same phone number, you simply need to turn off and remove the SIM card from your old phone and it will automatically disconnect itself.

You can also transfer your service to a new SIM by logging in to your MyBell web account. Select > Mobility service. Select > Manage My device. Follow > On screen prompts.

Please reference the following web link for further specific details & assistance.

Take care.

Hey there @Beancan

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

In the instance that you upgraded and kept the same phone number, you simply need to turn off and remove the SIM card from your old phone and it will automatically disconnect itself.

I changed my cell phone, but my account shows the old one and NOT the new one.

How do I update this ?
