Good Day.
Yes, you can change your phone from an Android to an iPhone device & keep your same Bell email address as long as it is maintained on an active Bell account.
You will need to maintain a Bell Internet account or a Bell Mobility account device with data on a continuous basis.
If you delete it or wish to change it to another email address or move it to another account, this cannot be done. You can no longer add a new Bell email address.
If you are cancelling your Bell Internet / Mobility service: your Bell email address can no longer be used / accessed, and all emails will be lost.
If switching from Bell Internet to Bell Mobile Internet: you can transfer your Bell email to your new account. Please request the transfer when cancelling Bell Internet.
