Good Day & Welcome to the bell Community Forum.

Have you reported your mobile phone lost or stolen? If not, you should do so. It can be added to a national list for stolen mobile devices. Adding a device to the list will prevent it from being used on Bell’s network, and the networks of all service providers in Canada.

You should also contact Bell Mobility & have them transfer your service to another device: 1-800-667-0123.

If you subscribe to Smart/Phone Care, you may be eligible for a new device under the enhanced warranty.

You can also call the Smart/Phone Care centre at 1 866 213-2143 from 7 a.m. to midnight (ET), seven days a week (closed on statutory holidays).

When requesting a replacement online or calling the Smart/Phone Care centre, your request will be processed by Asurion, the administrator of the Smart/Phone Care program.

Hopefully this will be of assistance to you.

Take care.
