MMS messaging "message send failure" Iphone

couple months ago all of a sudden my iphone 14 series device stopped sending multiple PHOTOS at once and still does not currently via mms NOT Imessage as I never turned it on.

I can still send 1 picture message at a time to anyone which is annoying as it is easier to send couple pics at once but keeps saying "message send failure" when trying to send 2 more at once when it USED TO.

I  have full mobility service in my town.

Any ideas to fix it? since Bell never understands my issue and recently filed a BBB complaint about it.

I have reset my network settings multiple times and still does not fix it. I even have factory reset my iphone and has not fixed the issue. Apple says it has nothing to do with them as i do not use imessage which I can see tha.

Hi there, @riseagainst89. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with your MMS messages. If so, could you share a few more details with the Community to assist?

  • Have you spoken to Tech Support or any other team to investigate further?
  • You mention specifically the iPhone 14 series. Do you happen to have an older iPhone that you can put your SIM into and try sending multiple MMS messages again?
  • Do you know of anyone else having similar issues?

In the meantime, we'd also recommend checking out our How To article on Troubleshooting text, picture and video messagesOpens in a new tab or window for more troubleshooting tips.

Let us know if you were still in need of assistance.
