Mobile data doesn't work with express VPN

Mobile data doesn't work with express VPN on automatic protocol only with lightweight UDP has this happened to anyone?

We wanted to check in and see if you've had any success getting your data to connect via a VPN since your post. If so, could you provide a few details?

  • For the sake of troubleshooting, are you able to make use of your data normally when the VPN is disabled?
  • Have you tried with different VPNs?
  • Could you clarify a bit as to how it doesn't work? Is this zero bars to being unusable, or a degradation of speed?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you otherwise completed?
  • If all else has failed, have you taken the time to contact our Tech Support team and open a ticket?
