Bell does not offer a recording service. You may need to look to purchase a recorder from an outside supplier such as The Source. The closest feature that Bell offers to a recording service is their message center service.
It is not a call recording service per se. It will record message that are left if the call is not answered by the recipient. Here is a link that explains this service.
