Voicemail troubles - where are my messages going?

People asking me if I recieved there voicemail they’ve left but when I call to check my voice mail it says I have zero messages… well where the heck are my messages going when people call my phone and leave a message and why am I not receiving the messages? Can someone please help me I’ve called bell and they said they duno

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 
I've seen this before and it was due to having the call forwarding function turned on in the phone. Once the person stopped forwarding their calls to a different number, their voicemail returned back to normal. 

If you're not currently forwarding your calls to a different number, let us know and we will reach out accordingly and help where we can.

We would like to assist you. Can you please provide some further details in terms of the issue you are experiencing?

Are you looking for instructions in terms of how to set up your Bell Mobility Message Centre voicemail?

To initially setup your voicemail mailbox, you will need your default/temporary voicemail password. Your default or temporary voicemail password can be found on the front page of your Critical Information Summary/Service Agreement. To find your Service Agreement:

  1. Log in to MyBell.
  2. Select your Mobility profile under Service Profile/Profile – Services.
  3. Select View my service agreements.

The first time you use Message Centre, you’ll be asked to set up your voicemail mailbox.

  1. Access your voicemail mailbox by pressing and holding the 1 key on your mobile phone.
  2. Follow the prompts to record your name.
  3. Choose your greeting. (Press 1 to use the standard greeting or Press 2 to record a personal greeting.)
  4. Choose your password option. (Press 1 to turn skip password on; or Press 2 to turn skip password off and set up a password.)
  5. Your Message Centre service is now activated.

I am having the same problem and call forward is not turned on in my settings.
