Needing to block texting to landline

I'm being charged for texting to spam landlines (not knowing they are landline.) I was told it's a 3rd party service that handles this for Bell years ago, I had requested to be disabled, not it's texting to landline again without my consent or prompt.

If so, I already submitted my request to disable this service, I even received a confirmation that it was done, but I'm still seeing that it hasn't been disabled.

Please help.

  • How did you get the number(s) you're trying to send a text message to (replying to received texts, as part of a contact page on a website and/or email, etc.)?
  • Where did you see that you're being charged for texting to a landline?
  • Can you share a copy or screenshot of the message or notification you've received showing a charge to your Bell account? Please remember to hide any personal information before sharing a screenshot.
