No service in Glenboro area

We have been without cell service in this area since later yesterday and I am wondering when it will be up and running again. Having gone to only having a cell phone, I worry that we have no way of contacting anyone in the case of an emergency. This is not acceptable to be without service for that length of time. Can you please tell me when this problem will be fixed?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately this forum has no way of connecting with the repair side of Bell for reporting or information. I suggest you call 1-866-310-2355 and ask about the situation. If public safety is at risk, your municipal authorities are the best people to be in touch with Bell.

It is also helpful to name the province you are in and not just the local community. Canada is a large country! It appears you are in Manitoba, correct?

I’d like to know why…… not just that it is out. It has been days now.  And an estimate for when it will be back. 

Thank you for helping me to see the outages, but this doesn’t answer my question as to how long it will take to fix the problem. I would hate to have an emergency and not be able to get help. It’s not for me to be able to just make a call but for those who respond to emergencies, like our local fire department, they can not receive their pages or to respond back.
